• Access to the event—including your ticket, digital badge, and community hub—is only granted once your full balance is paid.

• If the final payment is not received, you will forfeit your spot at the event.

• There are no refunds for missed or incomplete payments, and unpaid balances will not be carried over or credited toward future events.

• You will receive multiple reminders before your final payment is due.
